Crafty Girl

For Christmas, Bean got a great book form her Aunt Rae. It is called Kid Concoctions, it's full of cool goops and doughs that you can make at home. We got busy with some "crafty dough". We decided to make some pink and glittery beads for Valentine's Day bracelets. We had a lot of fun! Bean was being weird about the cornstarch smell for a bit ( she has a very sensitive nose and can detect morning breath from 70 paces, I am not even going to tell you what happens with the varied aromas from the litterbox)......anyway, this was our first project out of the book, and we will definately be trying more! The beads turned out great and Bean also made a few sculptures, a couple of hearts and some things that she called "poo poo smiles"-strange and wonderful kid.
