I spend alot of my time, in the kitchen. It seems I am always cooking or making the menu or making The List or going to the grocery store. I call it Running the Gauntlet.
We usually have tasty and relatively healthy dinners. Like to night? I made Blackened Tilapia with home made mac-n-cheese along with steamed broccoli. That's pretty standard I would say.
However, and, this is a big however, some nights I stage a revolt and we do not eat out and I refuse to actually cook, so I, umm "cook".
On those nights, dinner looks like this:
Yes, that is what I like to call a Hillbilly Pizza Pan (some of you out there might know that as tin foil) and lots of pre-packaged chemically goodness. And it's all good for breakfast the next day! Bonus!!

I am not the only one who gives her kid chocolate cake for breakfast sometimes, am I?
