The summary is that the Hague Convention, long referral times and new regulations from China are stacking up against adoptive families who have been waiting MONTHS and MONTHS to see the faces of the daughters of their dreams. This is too much.

My thoughts are with every single one of these families, I can only imagine the frustration and heart wrenching terror this must instill. And dealing with this NOW after the tainted milk , the new regs, the renewals on the paperwork, the updated homestudies, the long , long wait. I am filled with anxiety for each of them.
